OUR PROGRAM
The mission of the CNMI Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (CNMI WIC Program) is to promote the health and well-being of the women, infants, and children of the Northern Mariana Islands through nutrition education and services, breastfeeding promotion and support, supplemental nutritious foods, and referrals to appropriate health services delivered with the highest level of efficiency.

What to Bring to Your WIC Appointment
- Identification for adults: Driver’s License or Photo ID
- Child’s identification: Shot Record, Birth Certificate, or Crib Card
- Proof of income: Most recent 30 days of pay stubs, Medicaid card, or NAP card
- Proof of address: Mail from CUC or NAP card

The EzWIC app is available to help families shop for WIC foods. Shopping for WIC foods can sometimes be confusing, but this app makes it easier.

WIC is available to the CNMI’s pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, infants and children under the age of five who are at nutritional risk and who are at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty guidelines below. A pregnant woman is considered two family members. A person or certain family members who participate in other benefits programs, such as the Nutrition Assistance Program (NAP) or Medicaid automatically meet the income requirements.
