FAMILY TO FAMILY HEALTH INFORMATION CENTER

Back to School IMM 2

OUR PROGRAM

The Family to Family Health Information Center supports families of children and youth ages 0–18 who have, or are at increased risk for, chronic or special health care needs. The program helps families understand their child’s health care options, connect to services and resources, and navigate complex systems. By empowering families with information and support, F2F HIC helps ensure children receive the care they need to thrive.
