Back-to-School Vaccination Clinic

The special Saturday vaccination clinic hours continue this August! 🏫 Make sure your child has the required vaccinations and health documents (Blue Card) before school starts.
📍 Visit the CHCC Immunization Clinic during our special Saturday hours and beat the back-to-school rush.
⚠️ Last call for vaccinations is at 11:30 a.m.
💉 Free vaccines are available for eligible children ages 0–18 through the CHCC Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program.
✅ Medicaid and private insurance are accepted.
🪪 Blue Cards are available for a $5 fee.
💳 Cash and card payments are accepted.
📋 Please bring a photo ID and insurance card, if available.
🚶 Walk-ins are welcome—no appointment needed!
