• Referrals to Specialized Care – Connection to additional healthcare providers, social services, or support programs as needed.
• Men’s Reproductive Health Services – Guidance and care for male reproductive health and family planning involvement.

Eligibility

Family Planning Services are available to males and females of reproductive age, including adolescents and adults.

How Do I Pay for Family Planning Services?

We accept both private insurance and Medicaid. If you don’t have private insurance or Medicaid, you may be eligible for low or no cost services.
